The international privacy principles of Cash Xpress

Cash Xpress has long recognized the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information of the users of its sites. Cash Xpress complies with Swiss, European and American data protection laws insofar as they are applicable. This privacy statement provides the information necessary to understand how we collect, use and manage the personal data of the natural persons concerned. Responsible for processing

Your data is processed by Cash Xpress Financial Services Sàrl ("we", "us", "Cash Xpress"), which is the Data Controller. However, we use sub-contractors to delegate some of the processing, and this document describes the measures taken to guarantee the security of your personal data also in these cases. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data of any natural person using our services ("you"):

What are our legitimate interests ?

As Data Controller, Cash Xpress may process personal information for legitimate business purposes, including :

  • the analysis, optimisation, development or, in general, modification of our services ;
  • the identification and prevention of fraud ;
  • improving the security of our network and information systems ;
  • a better understanding of how our visitors interact with our websites ;
  • direct marketing purposes, as well as measuring the efficiency of promotional and advertising campaigns
  • the sending of postal communications that we consider to be of interest to you .

How long do we keep your personal data ?

We keep personal data in our systems for as long as it is necessary for our processing and to fulfil our legal obligations. We determine this period of time by considering :

What information do we share ?

We do not disclose the personal data we collect about you except as described in this Privacy Policy or in specific clauses provided in connection with specific activities.   • Right of access and right of rectification: you have the right to access your personal data in order to verify that they are processed in accordance with the law. You also have the right to have your personal data corrected or completed in order to ensure the accuracy of the processing. .
  • Right of deletion ("right of oblivion"), and right to limit processing: You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, or to stop processing them if we are unable to delete them. .
  • Right to object: you have the right to object at any time to our processing of your personal data, on the grounds set out in the law, without having to justify your decision. .
  • Right to object to decisions taken by automated means: also concerns profiling, and typically regulates the use of cookies. .

  • when you connect to your Cash Xpress account, you can decide whether you want to be contacted, manage your alerts, or request deletion of the account. .
  • If you do not have an account, we strongly encourage you to create one, so that you can manage your privacy options. .
